AM Motors has been my go to dealership these last couple of years. I was clueless over car buying and even found myself upside down on my previous car loan. When I visited AM Motors I was greeted and assisted by Akbar. He was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. He introduced me to salvage titles since I informed him that I needed a reliable and affordable car. I felt understood when I told what my needs and budget allowed for. I didn’t feel pressure or rushed when picking out my updated SECOND SUV vehicle from AM Motors. I guess you can say that you become FAMILY at AM Motors. Since honestly I won’t be going anywhere else to purchase reliable vehicles.
I never leave reviews. After a disappointing experience at a large Toyota dealership in Bellevue, we test drove a prospective vehicle at this small, family owned business. The owner is a family man and his employees are extended family who were busy cleaning and hanging Christmas lights. My first impression was positive and when we finally sealed the deal I wanted to have them over for dinner. They are honest, fair, and went above and beyond by replacing a burnt out interior light and removing all the window stickers. We’ve purchased used cars in the past only to get home and find missing head rests, no spare or jack, no floor mats or owners manual. This vehicle still had everything including an extra set of floor mats. After the fact, we realized it was “small business Saturday” and were happy we got a great vehicle while supporting this small family owned business.
I bought my Jeep Sahara from AM motor and I absolutely love it!!! I felt no pressure when shopping like you normally do when you buy from a big dealership corporation, which made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire process.
